Question 1

How does the snow removal process work?

Accepted Answer

Getting started is easy! Just give us a call, send a text, or fill out our online form. We'll chat about your property, what you'd like help with, and put together a quote that makes sense for you. Once you're happy with everything, we'll get you set up for the winter and go over what to expect when the snow starts falling. Simple as that!

Question 2

Do you serve properties in Edmonton and surrounding communities?

Accepted Answer

Question 3

Can I customize my snow removal plan?

Accepted Answer

Of course! Every home is a little different, and we're happy to work with you to figure out what makes the most sense. Maybe it's just the front sidewalk, or maybe you'd like us to take care of the whole driveway and walkways too. Whatever you have in mind, let us know and we'll do our best to find an option that works for you.

Question 4

What areas of my property can you clear?

Accepted Answer

From driveways and city sidewalks to front steps and walkways, we can help keep the areas around your home clear and easy to get around. Whether it's the path to your front door or the whole driveway, we're happy to take care of the shovelling so you don't have to.

Question 5

When will my snow be cleared?

Accepted Answer

Once the snow stops falling and we've had at least 1 cm of accumulation, our crews get to work! We offer different priority levels depending on how quickly you'd like your snow cleared, with service typically completed within 24 hours after the snowfall ends, based on your chosen plan. We'll go over the options with you so you know exactly what to expect and can choose the level of service that works best for your household.
